Jianong Construction and Resettlement Community Completion Acceptance

In order to accelerate the pace of urban and rural integration construction in Zhangpu Town and plan to build intelligent peasant relocation and resettlement communities, the government commissioned Kunshan Jialong Investment Development Co., Ltd. to invest in the construction of Xinyuan Resettlement Community and Gangpu Resettlement Community.
Xinyuan resettlement community, the total investment of the project 827 million yuan, covers an area of 154 acres, construction area of 248,000 square meters. Gangpu resettlement community, the total investment of the project 950 million yuan, covers an area of 236 acres, construction area of 300,000 square meters. All of them are self-funded by Jianong Company and organize construction. After delivery, it was completely acquired by the People's Government of Zhangpu Town, Kunshan City. The Gangpu resettlement community was completed and accepted in 2016 and delivered for use.
